Morning Awesome

You have no idea how much I love this video/movie. I’ve often wondered if some boy/girl in Bangor, Maine or El Paso, TX is as affected by bluegrass, KY born music, and its roots as someone with deep family ties here. I surely hope so. There are some songs, traditional or otherwise, that can make me tear up upon simply being played. Such an amazing soundtrack.This from a girl whose favorite bands are The Varukers and Rudimentary Peni. Go figure.I’m sure it doesn’t hurt that Booker grew up 45 minutes from my house. MMMM-mmm.

Well, I don’t know about folks from Bangor, Maine or El Paso, TX, but this music moved me to my feet the first time I ever heard it, and I was on the floor in hysterics from the movie at the time. heheheGlad you posted it, Bob Cesca.
