Senator Obama Goes After Clinton-Clinton ’08

From Drudge (so take it with a grain of salt):

EXCLUSIVE: OBAMA RIPS INTO BILL CLINTON MONDAY DURING ABC INTERVIEW WITH ‘GOOD MORNING AMERICA’ HOST ROBIN ROBERTS… SAYS HE FEELS LIKE HE RUNNING AGAINST BOTH CLINTONS… Bill ‘has taken his advocacy on behalf of his wife to a level that I think is pretty troubling. He continues to make statements that are not supported by the facts. Whether it’s about my record of opposition to the war in Iraq or our approach to organizing in Las Vegas. This has become a habit and one of the things that we’re gonnna have to do is to directly confront Bill Clinton when he’s making statements that are not factually accurate’… DEVELOPING….

I believe that the first thing Obama should do is call Hillary and congratulate her for her victory in Nevada. She congratulated him when he won Iowa, but he cannot have the desent courtesy to call her on her victory, he rather make false statements about delegates, in which his own party came out and said that his statement on how much delegates he claimed on winning i Nevada was incorrect. Obama is not showing that he is a man of dignity, rather a sore loser.

Bob maybe at times a can be very passionate with my beliefs, but its only intented to put a different spin on an argument.Anyway, the following is a transcript of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s address to supporters after the Iowa Caucuses, as provided by Congressional Quarterly via The Associated Press.SENATOR HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON: Well, we’re going to take this enthusiasm and go right to New Hampshire tonight. This is a great night for Democrats. We have seen an unprecedented turnout here in Iowa. And that is good news, because today we’re sending a clear message: that we are going to have change, and that change will be a Democratic president in the White House in 2009.I am so proud to have run with such exceptional candidates. I congratulate Senator Obama and Senator Edwards. I thank Senator Dodd, and Senator Biden, and Governor Richardson, and Congressman Kucinich. Together, we have presented the case for change and have made it absolutely clear that America needs a new beginning

I didn’t recall her saying that. I apologize and stand corrected and humbled.

Oh everyone calm down. I think that publicly saying “hey congrats winner” is probably ok, but the whole calling the other candi on the phone after a primary win would just smell fake.Besides, Barack Obama needs to save his cell minutes for the night of November 4th when he calls that mildly retarded monkey and tells him he better start shopping for the best lawyer his daddy’s money can buy.

OK now really – after everything the Republicans have done since 1994 (the Newt thing) – we must all come together and support the Dems in spite of maybe them not being 100% tactful and showing good manners. Regardless of these little things we’d like to see, our bottom line is that the Republican party simply die for the next 30 years. That should cover it.Obama/Clinton/Edwards are OUR candidates. Of course we all feel we prefer one over the other two … but we simply must not have dissension in our own ranks. The Repigs know how to divide and conquer and that cannot be allowed to happen. Nor can stealing elections and hacking Diebold machines.Numbers people – get out and vote even if your personal favorite doesn’t win the nomination. We must have utterly overwhelming numbers.

How true, Basheert. Even someone like Mike Gravel would be better than any of the elephants.
