    Off topic, sorry, but I found this disturbing:That is the problem Bush faces as he prepares to deliver his seventh and probably final State of the Union address tonight.Probably final? I thought for sure this IS the final SOTU. It’s from the WaPo.WTF?

    The Constitution doesn’t specify the yearly State of the Union schedule. It just says “from time to time.” So it’s not outside the realm of possibility that he could deliver another one. But he won’t. So it’s weird that the Post would write it that way.
