Andrea Mitchell Needs To Address This

Mitchell was just on the Chris Matthews Show wagging her finger at Senator Obama, insisting that he hasn’t sufficiently addressed the Reverend Wright situation. Are you kidding me?

Here’s what I think: why hasn’t Andrea Mitchell sufficiently addressed her marriage to a man who is responsible for one of the biggest economic downturns since World War II? Why hasn’t she denounced her husband–Mr. Greenspan?

It’s time, everyone. Time to shift gears away from hammering Senator Clinton and direct our attention at Senator McCain and the very serious traditional media who will be perpetuating attacks on Senator Obama while giving Senator McCain a free pass until November. Let’s GO!

    I really don’t get AM at all. She has HORRIBLE screen presence and can’t read a teleprompter worth s**t, so they give her a solid news hour during the day? Hell, even fTucker was better than she is.

    Schieffer asked almost the exact same thing this morning on Face The Nation. It’s astonishing to me that anyone could honestly ask if Obama’s done “enough” to address the whole Wright thing. Of course, that presumes that they are asking it “honestly” rather than doing it to serve their own agenda.

    This sounds like one of those Keep the Story Alive statements. I didn’t watch the clip, but I’m guessing that if she was asked point blank what statement Barack Obama would have to make to sufficiently address the Rev Wright situation, she’d have a stumbly bumbly not good answer.
