Jeremiah Wright fucked Obama today and fucked him good.

But I’ll add that it was Jeremiah Wright and the corporate media who did the fucking. On the upside, the Obama campaign will recover.

    Amen!Why are there so many stories about McAsshat that don’t get mentioned on any news program. Morning Joe is the absolute worst! They can’t seem to talk about anything BUT Wright. What about this quote from McCain a couple years ago regarding staying in Iraq long term that I have not heard squat about on any television news show ….”I not only think we could get along without it, but I think one of our big problems has been the fact that many Iraqis resent American military presence,” he responded. “And I don’t pretend to know exactly Iraqi public opinion. But as soon as we can reduce our visibility as much as possible, the better I think it is going to be.”I’m glad you’re so optimistic….I’m worried.

    It may make it easier for the campaign to recover, making it easier for Obama to clarify the gulf separating them.

    This is what I wrote earlier about this latest from Wright:I need to read and watch more, and flesh out a better conclusion, because god knows I’d love to be wrong—but it sure seems like Wright is a proud, vain man who was hurt by Obama, and is also perhaps threatened by being surpassed by Obama and becoming irrelevant.Obama again stuck up for Wright this past weekend and said in his FOX News interview (another thing I need to get to) that Wright is a good man misepresented by the events of the last weeks and Wright deserves a chance to defend himself and clear his name.I don’t imagine what Wright is doing is at all what Obama had in mind. Wright is not willing to go quietly, he adding all the wrong context to the infamous snippets, and seems not only willing to, but actually relishing hanging Obama out to dry in the process.This is not just a headache, it’s a fucking nightmare for Obama.Hell, I was agreeing with Rush Limbaugh fer crissakes…this could be lethal for Obama.And of course, badass that he is, Obama seizes the opportunity and kicks ass with it.
