Clinton Slams MoveOn For Voter ‘Intimidation’

I still believe that Senator Clinton might run as an independent just like her friend Zell Lieberman. In addition to their mutual desire to censor video games, Senators Clinton and Lieberman have no love for MoveOn:

“Moveon.org endorsed [Sen. Barack Obama] — which is like a gusher of money that never seems to slow down,” Clinton said to a meeting of donors. “We have been less successful in caucuses because it brings out the activist base of the Democratic Party. MoveOn didn’t even want us to go into Afghanistan. I mean, that’s what we’re dealing with. And you know they turn out in great numbers. And they are very driven by their view of our positions, and it’s primarily national security and foreign policy that drives them. I don’t agree with them. They know I don’t agree with them. So they flood into these caucuses and dominate them and really intimidate people who actually show up to support me.”

By the way, I don’t think this will stick or have the same impact as the “bitter” controversy. But it will continue to chip away at the superdelegate count. That’s for sure.

UPDATE: TRex gets into it here, with more about Zell Lieberman.

So Hillary hates MoveOn? Funny; it was originally formed to defend her husband when he was President and facing impeachment. So much for gratitude, eh?

It really is all about “Hillary” for her, isn’t it? The American people, our system of goverment, our brave men and women in uniform…”Screw’em!”
