As refreshing as this is to see, I have a difficult time understanding how so many STILL support the Bush Administration and, by extension, the Republican Party.I have immense hope that an Obama presidency will do so much to restore our nation and stature in the world. But the Republican Party and Faux News will still exist.

I am torn on this. One part of me thinks this is going to be an absolute blowout. The other part of me just watched “Recount”, and remembers purged voter lists of ’04.I keep telling anyone who will listen, don’t be suprised if it is not even close.I was watching “Verdict” last night, and the douchey looking frat boy that worked for Romney, I think his name was Kevin, warned the Democratic lady, “go ahead, be cocky” and I thought to myself, what would happen if a “terrorist” attack took place just in time for the “pee-your-pants” republican leaners in this country to be scared into voting for the “safe candidate?

As much as you may dislike Kevin, just be grateful that “Brad” moron isn’t showing up as much as he used to. At least Kevin is reasonable, thoughtful and able to concede a point. I thought he was very open-minded last night, in particular.Kevin is the same type of GOP-er as a guy I used to work with, I think. My colleague and I were just about 180 degrees out from each other, but we could discuss even the most contentious topics and still remain friends.

I have this linked on my blog and the numbers over the past two weeks have just gotten better and better for the Dems. One caveat to this is that Kerry led Bush for nearly the entire General Election season on that site only to lose it.I still predict a blowout. Like my daughter said, who will be voting for a president for the first time in her 20 years, “How can he NOT win?!”
