McBush Can’t Read, Part 3

Sargent at TPM has a weird video of Senator McCain speaking at a town hall meeting, complete with inappropriate chuckling. How does a guy who is clearly uncomfortable in his own skin get this far in politics? He might actually be more herky-jerky and jittery than President Bush — and I didn’t think that was possible.
