Alas, Mayor Hickenlooper did not pass out buttons to us locals this time.I live within walking distance of the Pepsi Center and already conventioneers with cars are gobbling up all the street parking — which is by permit only — in my neighborhood. I hope that the parking division is doing its job this week.
