Prediction (an easy one): Senator Obama’s running mate will not be Senator Kerry.

In fact, I seriously believe that it won’t be a senator at all.

Perhaps Senator Biden, but — and I think I’ve mentioned this before — I can’t imagine Senator Obama deliberately horking a friendly senator away from a potentially helpful Senate majority.

    My thoughts exactly. He needs them to build the Country he’s been talking about re-building.

    OTOH, DE has a Democratic governor, so if it were Biden, the appointed senator would be a Democrat. I don’t think it will be Biden, though. The Obama campaign appears to be very tightly controlled and Biden is…not.
