UPDATE: And just now she described sections as “old fashioned rhetoric.” That’s like Vice President Cheney calling it “too evil.”
UPDATE THE SECOND: Mike Murphy just called it “a blockbuster speech.” Again, Noonan representing what I wrote about yesterday in the Huffington Post: an old media hack who apparently canned their reaction ahead of time.
