Post script on the liveblogging tonight… The next political analyst who appears on cable news and speaks the phrases “has to happen” or “needs to happen tonight” or “what the Democrats need to do” is going to get a wicked punch in the throat by me.

    Today on local radio, Cokie Roberts talked about what Barack Obama needs/has to do to convince us he’s one of us. I can totally agree. He just started campaigning last week and we just don’t really know anything about him. He’s a him, right?She added that she fully expects that he’ll do that. Also, when asked about a possible McCrank VP she described Mittens Romnius as “personality-free.”A local caller also chided McAsshole for saying on Jay Leno last night that for five years he had no home, suggesting that someone remind him that he indeed had a home, where his first wife and children were waiting for him.
