The Morning Joe Crew Is Back

-Joe Scarborough just said that Senator Obama moved from “one privileged situation to the next.” Of course this is a whopper of a lie.

-Barnacle said that Senator Obama is a “Prius-driving, carbon footprint, elitist type” Democrat and Senator Biden is a “Ford F-150″ type.

-And a random NBC reporter said that Senator Obama is “uncomfortable” speaking to people in bars.

I’m waiting for the FEC mandated “I’m John McCain and I approve this message.”

    I expect nothing less from morning joe and crew, they’re so anti obama its ridiculous!I respect them for staying consistent though lol

    It was Chuck Todd who tried to draw a comparison between the Bush/Cheney ticket and an Obama/Biden ticket last night. I turned the tv off after that remark. And now Morning Joke is seriously trying to paint Obama as the privileged one again? Damn, that’s REALLY a stretch considering McCain has more homes than he can remember. That’s so stupid.

    One of them just quoted a Repulican as saying that he liked having Biden on the ticket because it as “arrogance times two”. They all laughed – it was the funniest thing they’d heard.Chuck Todd went on to speculate that maybe Joe’s son, Joe the Third (Beau Biden), DE’s Attorney General, might be named as his replacement in the Senate. What they failed to mention is the problem there – Beau is a General in the National Guard and is due to be deployed to either Iraq or Afghanistan in the next 4 to 6 weeks. (heard on MSNBC earlier this week – I don’t have a link)

    I just got up, checked HuffPost and saw the big news. Stupidly, I decided to check what was being said on cable news..and there they were…the Morning Schmoe crew….ewwwwwwwww! I have successfully managed to avoid them for months now, but I didnt expect them to there on a SATURDAY! Jonathan Alter was on, so I thought, okay….lets see how long it takes till I cant stand it. It took less than 2 minutes! (I know – you’re surprised it took that long!). Anyway…Im glad its Joe. Lets see what the Rethugs throw at him…

    I am very glad it is Biden. On many levels, but mostly because I have always liked him. I know, cminri, got the same shock to see ol redfaced, florida vacationing Joe on Saturday, but I stayed because of Jonathan. Then I quickly switched. It is going to be a glorious convention!

    Heh, Jeff isn’t home on weekday mornings so he didn’t know what to expect. After about 15 minutes he said “You watch this shit every day?” LOL

    I experienced the same horror when I turned on MSNBC expecting some Breaking News anchor to be on the air.I tried for months and months to watch MJ just for the interviews,recording it,and fast forwarding through the Joe/Mika garbage. Finally I couldn’t even tolerate that. This morning the sound of Joe’s droning voice in the seconds before I could get the remote to switch gave me some sort of awful flashback feeling. Joe Scarborough is such a horrible broadcaster there is no justification for a credible network to impose him on viewers.
