President Clinton Loves McCain

President Clinton is campaigning for John McCain.

His appearance on Larry King last night was a disgrace. In short, “McCain rules! Rules so hard, it’s insane how awesome he is in every way! I’m for Obama, but McCain really kicks ass in the most heroic mavericky sense! Yeehaw! McCain! Woo!”

And now this

ABC News’ Nitya Venkataraman Reports: Former President Bill Clinton defended Sen. John McCain’s request to delay the first presidential debate, saying McCain did it in “good faith” and pushed organizers to reserve time for economy talk during the debate if the Friday plans move forward.

‘The hell?! Look, I was criticized here the last time I posted about the president’s spooky support for McCain, but this is getting ridiculous. Taken as a whole, it’s a de facto endorsement of McCain — even though they disagree on the issues. Does that sound familiar? Lieberman-ish?

Can somebody tell this tool that his 15 minutes are up?

Look, very simply put, Bill and Hillary are Clintocrats, period. They’re not real Democrats, they never have been. They’re the two most dominant members of a small and fiercely loyal third political party in this country and will always be Clintocrats at heart. Hillary was Bill’s Do-Over, his second chance at an unbesmirched legacy and probably the stronger of the two Clintocrats; but he helped drive a stake through the tepid heart of a campaign that was horribly mismanaged from Go and now he’s warming up for Part II in 2012. Real, honest, Liberal Democrats need to shed themselves of the Clintocratic era and embrace Barack Obama utterly as the true embodiment of our Party and our politics for the 21st Century.Fuck Bill Clinton.

With friends like Bill, who needs enemies?

While I originally rejected the idea, I can only imagine that Bill and possibly Hillary have their eyes on 2012 ……….. knowing that a McCain/Palin presidency would be a disaster, they seem willing to let the country go to hell for another four years rather than gracefully accept defeat!I can’t bring myself to say “fuck Bill Clinton” because I just might get what I ask for, but I like the thought of a flaming Palin being shoved up his ass!

McCain/Clinton 08. It’s not too late, eh Bill.

Bill Clinton knows exactly how the media is going to cover his tepid endorsement of Obama. He is nothing but a pathetic ex-President. Why was ever there any question about Obama not choosing Hillary? After Iowa, when Barack proved to be a contender, right wing talk radio switched from bashing Hillary and Bill to bashing Barack. It was disgusting to me to see Hillary and her campaign echo the attacks Limbaugh, Hannity, et al were making on Barack. Anybody who seriously thinks Hillary has a snowball’s chance in hell of winning in 2012 has another think coming.

My bad — that last sentence should really read: Anybody who seriously thinks Hillary has a chance of winning in 2012 has another think coming, because it’s a snowball’s chance in hell.

This brings to mind the old saying: “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” Bill Clinton needs to keep his mouth shut at this point because he knows that if McCain was running against him for president and had pulled this stunt, he’d be crying foul to anyone who would listen.

I am ready to get Sarah Palins witch doctor after him. Go away Bill. I won’t watch him. Every time he comes on, like Pat Buchanan, or Morning Joe, I turn the channel.

I’m now convinced that Bill and Hillary are looking to 2012. But dragon, I disagree with you on one point – The MSM is setting this up as a lose/lose for Obama. If Bill speaks, they argue he isn’t behind his endorsement 100% and he comes out with these McCain love statements. If he doesn’t speak, then it means the “most powerful Democrat on Earth” is not supporting Obama. Either way, it looks like both scenarios are true to a point.

I hope everyone remembers their bullshit come 2012.
