Of course it was. Because it was totally ridiculous.

[Judge] Surrick ruled that [Phil] Berg’s attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.”

This won’t stop the far-right wackaloons from talking about it. After all, they generally don’t let reality or judges get in their way.

    They’ll also just claim that the judge is in the tank for Obama. Which means said judge must be black, right?

    Actually they are across from me, not above me. There are only 2 floors to my building and I am on the 2nd. But no, I didn’t puncture any waterbeds. While sitting in my office I could hear them giggling and cheering that they found toiletpaper already in there. They got pretty quiet after that, thankfully.That new 2 minute commerical for Obama is great. I can’t wait to see what their 30 minutes of primetime is going to be.Back to cooking my chilli dogs…

    It’s amazing how toilet paper can make the day of someone without any. I took a care package to my daughter, her husband and the 3 hangers-on/roommates they’ve had to take on. I’ve never seen her so excited over toilet paper. Poverty can do so much for one’s ass-wiping perspective.Lucy and Mona, my muttleys, ask that you call them chili weenies. It makes them nervous.I’ll be banning anyone from my house the night of the 30 minute Obama thing.

    This half hour thing has a chance to be really big. If O hits one of his good nights speech wise it could turn a part of America that has resisted his charms adding to the coming landslide.In any case you know that M/P will have no reply worth mentioning.One thing I won’t do is watch it on cnn with that damn graph thing.Ya think O realizes he will need to give all the Americans, like me, who are all excited and ready to go, a job or mission statement, or something on Nov 5th? I wonder what it will be first. I wonder if all this excitement about the election will carry forward? I wonder if I can afford to eat in 2009…
