The Supremes move a little closer to redemption for Bush v Gore:

The Supreme Court is siding with Ohio’s top elections official in a dispute with the state Republican Party over voter registrations. The justices on Friday overruled a federal appeals court that had ordered Ohio’s top elections official to do more to help counties verify voter eligibility.

Sorry, Republicans. You won’t be able to use the ACORN fiasco as an excuse to purge the voter rolls — again. Sure, sure. We know. Just like Paul Weyrich said… More voters means fewer Republican victories. Not this time, assholes.

    I take full credit. Me and Dahlia Lithwick pulled it off again.She of the clear reason, me of the vicious threats and intimidating presence.Clarence Thomas was almost in tears…I swear. Roberts would not let go of his security blanket. Alito…jeebus…he knows what I think of him, and was all too ready to roll over and expose his belly.

    @ Pecos. I’m not sure whether it was the reasoning, the intimidation, or the personally harvested public hair I had attached to his water glass (through great machinations and genius levels of subterfuge, if you must know) as a warning. Sort of like putting a horses head in his bed while he slept. It shook the fucker up, though…that’s for sure.
