A Turkey Sandwich We Can Believe In

    Im going to definitely try your sandwich Bob. Here’s my favorite turkey sandwich:TurkeyMunster CheeseLettuce (iceburg works best)Cranberry SauceShedd Sauce (or just use mayo)Bread or roll of your choice (I like pumpernickel)Place the turkey slices covered with the Munster cheese in the microwave and heat until the cheese is melty but not bubbly.Then spread the mayo or Shedd sauce on a slice of bread or roll. Next place a couple of pieces of lettuce on the bread and place the turkey cheesy stuff on top of the lettuce. Next comes the cranberry sauce. Then top with the other piece of bread and enjoy. Eat it quickly though, because he gets mushy fast.

    Dagwood Bumstead ain’t got nothin’ on you, Bob :) Leftover turkey is the only legitimate reason to eat white bread (but only if it’s Pepperidge Farm thick sliced white), lightly toasted and liberally smeared with real mayo and sprinkled with black pepper, topped with crisp, cold iceberg lettuce; cut into quarters and serve on a big plate with a little mound of cranberry sauce and a sliver of pumpkin pie; eat in alternating bites. It’s like stuffing an entire Thanksgiving dinner in your mouth at one time. Heaven.Although, after eight years of Bush, you’d think we’d all be sick of turkey.

    P.S. Cold, leftover stuffing is great for breakfast the next day. With hot coffee. Just my opinion.

    The Palin Turkey SandwichMix flour and water into dough – bake on fire heated flat rock until golden brown.Pile a few slices of freshly geeked turkey on the bread.Drench in the blood collected from the geeking.Enjoy.
