DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano

This wasn’t a huge surprise, but she’s definitely a refreshing choice for Homeland Security.

Napolitano has a fairly centrist record as far as I can tell. However, she rejected funding for abstinence-only education early this year. She’s not an anti-immigration hawk either.
