    That chart highlights an aspect of the recovery that I’d not ever really considered….flight of Capital FROM Europe to the US. So, in other words, US investment.How do you suppose we could spur external investment in the US? Green technology boom, anyone? Stem cell research? Going once…twice…Bueller?
