Ten Grand for Obama – Two Days!

We’re so close. With two days to go before our midnight Monday night deadline, we’re within striking distance of reaching our $10,000 fundraising goal.

Don’t forget, the Republicans can still win this thing. Some voter suppression in Florida or Ohio. Some shenanigans in Pennsylvania. A Bin Laden tape. Who knows what crazy, spasmodic tactic John McCain will wheel out in his final days.

And if Senator Obama wins, it has to be with an overwhelming governing mandate. He needs to be able to keep congressional Democrats on the reservation — to keep them on board with his agenda. And he needs to be able to pull in the support of blue dogs and centrist Republicans. Especially in the Senate.

Having enough cash to dominate — to crush the Republicans — is so important in this final 48 hours.

We’re almost there. Let’s go!

    25$ dropped in the bucket. I would give my last dollar if Sen. Obama would be our President. As a PA resident I live in Williamsport and this is McCain country. However, Sen. Obama’s ground game here was Goddamn Awesome. The Obama HQs had tons of girls getting as many students at my college registered to vote. I watch one volunteer sit down with student and register ten students is 20 minutes. Bob, you were right on with the yard sign bullshit. Sen. Obama didn’t waste money on those stupid signs he spent our money on campaign volunteers and registering new voters. Lets hope they show up. John Kerry got 21 million young people so I hope Sen. Obama will double that.

    I just threw another 25 in the pot. It was the tip i got from the “boob fetish guy”. I’m guessing he was a McCain guy so i think giving it to Obama is fitting :) go!
