Adding… I think I’m going crazy. I just saw a commercial for FOX News Channel… on MSNBC. 10:35AM EDT. Am I seeing things? Anyone?

    I have noticed before that the cable news channels have commercials on for their competetors. I know it doesn’t make much sense. It’s like being in Target and seeing an ad for Walmart….

    Speaking of crazy things you’re not sure you’re really seeing on the teevee. I’m watching a rally in Polk County, FL, and there are signs being held up behind the VP that say “PALIN COUNTRY” in bright orange. Um…?

    Interesting our reluctance to comment on the original post topic. I wonder if we’re all stunned by the awfulness?When I see cross cable channel ads I assume the ad buy was with the cable provider and not the channel. I don’t know if there’s any basis to that assumption.QT

    The graphic designer obviously felt the gunners should face into the middle, with the candidates at center, so viewers would see guns + candidates. The center graphic overlaps the other two. But the visual arrangement is guaranteed to send the wrong message.Let’s face it, this isn’t the first time Faux Noise has undermined its story or embarrassed itself with a stupid graphic. (And WTF is up with their fonts?)

    I work for a font company. I cringe whenever watching teevee graphics. They should all visit MyFonts.com, or call us for custom work. Really. It can be so much better.
