    I like Ron Paul and wish Obama would reach out to him. He’s the only rational thinking Republican I know of that’s got any prominence. Don’t agree with all his positions, but he’s someone that I know Obama could work with on economic issues and in some other domestic areas.

    Nice article, Lee!And, LFOD08: For the most part I like Ron Paul too. The racist elements of the libertarian party gave me pause, but on the whole, I liked him. However, I’d like Lee to stop giving the republican party ideas until 2015. ;-) QT

    SHHHH, Lee, we don’t WANT the Ron Paul wing to take over the Party. We want the snake-handling, tongue-lolling, eye-rolling Sarah Palin wing to take over the Party. We want a Democratic landslide in 2012.Actually, we’re going to get that no matter WHO takes over the nuthouse. If your intent is to generate even more intra-Party sniping, more power to you.
