    This was definitely the most awesome of the night but Jon Stewart announcing Barack as the winner as he and Colbert obviously choked up was a close second for me…

    That segment recorded the most moving event of the decade. It was like V-E Day and the fall of the Berlin Wall, where you knew that the forces of tyranny and stupidity don’t always win, and that sometimes liberty, democracy, and plain ol’ common sense actually comes out on top.

    Showing the reactions of the kids at Spellman was brilliant televison. It had me weeping.And the fact that the talking heads kept their freakin’ mouths shut and just let us soak in the sounds of pure joy…makes me happy all over again to think about it!
