Nothing To Fear

by Lee Stranahan

As grim as the economists seem to be and as serious as I think the economic problems are – three month T-Bills were trading at a NEGATIVE interest rate this week which is real hide the money in the mattress time – I’m not really worried, really. If McCain had been elected, I’d be looking for a cave to move the family to.

But Obama won. And he gets it. He’s exactly the right President not just because of his intellect but because of his temperament. That’s crucial because getting through times like these; a lot of it IS attitude and sense of real hope goes a long way.

Some people thought we’d elected Kennedy. Turns out we elected Roosevelt.

No, Lee. Sadly, no. You’re wrong. It’s just a rehash. The media is telling me this. The preemptive handwringers are telling me this. The concern trolls on Kos are telling me this. So it must be true.I even wrote about it HERE.Sorry, dude.

Kennedy? Roosevelt? I hope your right (I’d take either). But I’m starting to worry I might be seeing Clinton (at least in temperament). I hope I’m wrong.
