Quote of the Day

“I don’t know what Sen. Vitter has against GM or the United Auto Workers or the entire domestic auto industry; whatever it is, whatever he thinks we’ve done, it’s time for him to forgive us, just like Sen. Vitter has asked the citizens of Louisiana to forgive him, ” said Johnson, president of Local 2166. Otherwise, Johnson said of Vitter, it would appear, “He’d rather pay a prostitute than pay auto workers.”

  • EL Mystico

    Zing of the day!

  • PackyJ

    Yeah, but they’s non-union prosteetutes!

  • LameDuckHunting

    I hope this doesn’t start a discussion about Vitter’s taint……………wait, isn’t Vitter’s Taint a small town in Louisiana?

  • frictionsoul

that’s right PackyJ, non-union, but in some states they’ve actually considered unionizing. How about they start in Louisiana.

  • PackyJ

Friction, I think prostitutes nation-wide SHOULD organize (both male & female). It would improve quality control, standardize pricing, and, most importantly, help Republican lawmakers learn to accept organized labor.

  • LameDuckHunting

Packy, based on recent evidence, I don’t think that many Republicans “pay-to-play” in that particular activity. Usually, they frequent rest stops, men’s rooms and congressional page’s dormitories.

  • PackyJ

LDH,I think you’re right.I doubt Larry Craig was “looking for the Union Label.”

  • LameDuckHunting

Packy, HA, HA! Good one………The only label Craig was interested in was “BVD.”
