Super Stupid

Bill O’Reilly interviewing Ted Turner:

O’REILLY: You can’t possibly think that Fox News is a far right operation? I mean, because it’s not.

TURNER: I do.

O’REILLY: Oh, come on. I mean, maybe coming from a Jane Fonda point of view it is, but come on.

TURNER: Well, I was married to Jane Fonda.

O’REILLY: I know. I mean, but how can – I’m a far right guy? I mean, the far right hates me. You either don’t watch or you’re so far left.

He just makes it too easy.

My God, what a schmoo. I mean, there’s no point in even wasting expletives on him.

Bill-O’s right… the far right does hate him, as does the far left and the center, but not because of his politics as his delusion here would imply, that odium stems from the crystal clear fact he’s a fraudulent, bloviating asshole. And except for his ever-dwindling, goose-stepping loyalists, (who ARE these fucking idiots?), no one in possession of the power of discernment takes seriously anymore the cartoon that is O’Reilly. Why, even “G’day” Rupert has said “G’bye”.Yeah, Mr. Cesca, “He just makes it too easy”, so forgive me for taking the easy way out and slamming this bum anyway!

To answer scribbler’s question, Bill is loved by bitter old white guys in their mid-70′s and up, like my father. Bill serves up his daily ration, which induces the frothing anger that my dad enjoys subjecting others too as often as possible, the more paranoid, the better. No, I won’t be stopping by on Christmas; just one more example of BillO doing what he can to bring AMerican families together.

    What Scribbler said.

Brillo and most of the news shows are into people yelling over other people yelling. This apparently gains ratings. With Bill he just enjoys yelling and ranting his ideas regardless of fact or objectivity. Even when he’s calm he’s ranting.I just don’t participate anymore.

Oh yes, because O’Reilly’s just your average, middle of the road kinda guy. I wish he really WERE in the middle of a road – preferably a very busy one.
