The Legacy Project

Sean Hannity is receiving his memos from Karl Rove:

HANNITY: We created 10 million new jobs, lower unemployment than in the last four decades’ average. We had a lot of good years. There is an ebb and flow to the economy.

2.8 million, Hannity. Only a net 2.8 million.

That includes the Reagan years when unemployment rates were very high – close to 11% in some months…so 6.7% doesn’t look so good in comparison. When Bush entered office, the rate was 3.9%. Heckava job there, George. Here’s the link to historical unemployment rates. Note the rates during Republican administrations…http://data.bls.gov/PDQ/servlet/SurveyOutputServlet

Anyone know how many more people entered the work force in the last 8 years, or does the net figure take that into account? I’m just sayin’ there are more of us now and I wouldn’t be super shocked to see that the workforce is more than 2.8 million people larger than it was.
