You know full well I can’t let this one go.First, the idea of forming a militia to overthrow a democratically elected government is treason. Right?Second, almost all of the chickenhawks are draft dodgers or Cold War non-combat veterans(no disrespect to Cold War Veterans just trying to make a point) which means they glorify war and honor combat without actually witnessing the horrors that occur on the battlefield. To quote Gen. Swartzkoff,”Anyone that says they are not afraid of war are either lying or crazy.” Thus, the lunatic right wing are fucking crazy.Third, many REAL soldiers, sailors, marines and airpersons are really upset with the election results but would never try to overthrow the government because it is their job to defend this country from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.Finally, I am deeply offended by this and any attempt to created more war and more private armies is exactly what this country doesn’t need for many decades.

Oh come on, Mr. The GI The Joe! Who better to fight made-up bullshit fake-o wars like The War on The Terror™ and Iraq II: Suck It, Brown People! than bullshit phony soldiers? This is simply the natural progression of a foreign policy that invents reasons to cull our overcrowded stables of the poor and illiterate by letting them disarm IEDs by driving criminally underarmored vehicles over them: A bullshit war needs a bullshit soldier. Hoo-ah and whatnot!Back when there was a reason to seek out and shit on conservative blogs that did nothing but regurgitate Fox News talking points, I frequented the inane ravings of some punk kid named Andrew Matheny, who ran a blog call THE FEDERALIST and is probably at this very moment masturbating into a pair of Sarah Palin’s whorish fuck-me boots. He was a ravenous Palin supporter even before she got the nomination (in fact, his blog is where I first heard about Position Flexible Also McDuncecap), so as soon as McCain selected her I made it a point to show up at Andy’s little pony show and verbally eviscerate him in the comments, which he promptly censored. Unfortunately for him, he was censoring comments I was making on a post he wrote about Nazis and censorship, and so I spent about a week mercilessly dumping comments into a black hole about how big a Nazi fuckhole he was for censoring my dissenting opinion. This either shamed him into turning my comments back on, or his mommy told him to play nice with others.Anywho, round about the time ACORN hit everyone’s radar I found myself commenting in the company of one of Andy’s little playground buddies going by the name of COLONIAL MARINE, whose Blogspot icon was that of a uniformed jarhead but whose profile link led me to this photograph. Seriously, click it.What terrifies me more in this nearly-post-Bush era is not the phony bullshit soldiers with their fake unit insignia and their openly homoerotic gun fetishes, it’s the professional soldiers we’ve entrusted with our lives and the security of this country. If this photograph is to be believed, these are six members of the United States Air Force’s Explosive Ordinance Disposal team, based out of Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, willfully expressing their desire to harm or possibly kill an American citizen because of political differences. That’s the sort of insane pseudosoldiering ass-cowards we’re dealing with in this new era of psychotic faux-patriotism and the politicizing of the United States military: Six clearly scrotumless douchebags proudly displaying their political opinions while threatening the life of a U.S. citizen who, if I’m not mistaken, they are honor- and duty-bound to protect with their own.So yeah, Red State’s clownshoe Militia of the Dickless should be mocked from every mountaintop, but there’s nothing at all funny about professional soldiers, paid from public funds in a sacred compact that we might all avoid a Hobbesian Bellum omnium contra omnes, threatening the lives of those of us trusting them to kill, or be killed, in defense of the very document that protects our right to dissent.
