WTF?

On Meet the Press just now, Stretch asked Larry Summers about that crazy CBO report. The report that doesn’t exist. It’s been more than 36 hours since this ridiculous Republican lie about the stimulus bill was debunked by Ryan Grim at the Huffington Post and Stretch is still reporting it as a fact. Very serious!

Stephie just did the exact same thing on This Week while questioning Pelosi.

The important question is, did Summers and Pelosi give the correct answers and let them know that the CBO talking point is bullshit? I’m asking, I didn’t see either interview.

And we’re worried about the White House website being slow to update?! How about fucking “reporters” and Sunday morning show “journalists” getting their shit straight!

I am going to stop watching the TV Machine. This is getting fucking ridiculous. Tim Russert should come back from the dead and slap the cock out Gregory’s mouth for reporting this horseshit.

  • http://rick.me Rick Roberts

    Russert was no better.

Rick beat me to it. For years Meet the Press has been the official television home of Perpetuating Conservative Lies in Order to Seem Balancedâ„¢.

  • GItheScholar

I am not a MEET THE PRESS expert but I found Tim Russert to be somewhat objective. I can understand the marketing reasons for MSNBC to have a quote BALANCED show. All I ask for is 55% objective. I like most of you research my own news. It is the masses that I am worried about.

    Dan Rather should be fired.

I wonder if KO sits in his office cursing at his TV during the weekend and early days while children are playing wannabe-serious-anchor.
