Wingnut Revolution Fail – Part 2

Malkin has posted a series of photos from the Wingnut Revolution in Washington, D.C. Not only are they requiring permits from the government in order to, you know, overthrow the government, but they also appear to be having some problems with their signs:

I’ve been staring at this one for a few minutes now, trying to figure out the slogan. It’s obviously a joke about how several ACORN volunteers registered some bogus names last year. But the logic of the sign is really bizarre. So the guy holding the sign is announcing that he’s dead? That’s a weird thing to say, especially since he’s clearly not dead. But let’s say that he actually is dead and his undead corpse is attending the Wingnut Revolution. So the wingnut corpse voted once, but he wants ACORN to help him vote again? If he’s a wingnut — dead or alive — isn’t he against ACORN?

Two things on this one. First, there appears to be a wingnut baby in the background attempting to escape. Flee now, Wingnut Baby, while you still can! Second, as Oliver Willis pointed out, if you live on a block with just one foreclosure, property values on the whole block start to dip. Add a couple more and yes, your mortgage becomes everyone’s problem. So stupid.

UPDATE: From Nano in the comments…

More Photoshops are very encouraged.

Hahaaa! The Wingnut Baby seriously looks like she’s contemplating her next move!

The mortgage sign mom is obviously more worried about posing for her protest pic than the possiblity of her kid running into traffic, or from the looks of it, about to take a header into the tree.

Oh my goodness, you found them out. They are stupid.Malicious Malkin and her gang of many are now making war on the middle class, how smart. How about lets find out why this happened and lets not let it happen again.People like malicious malkin, do they like never ever make mistakes or are they so smart they have no compassion for others?I can’t stand listening to her. Her ego would never survive if, God forbid, something catastrophic were to happen to her and she lost everything. She lives and breathes hate and ill will towards others.

This is why Rick Santelli is such an idiot–because he doesn’t quite grasp this concept about one foreclosure in his neighborhood severely impacting the price of his own home. Moronic idiots!

  • camel54

And it’s not just that they are morons for not being able to grasp things like how a foreclosure affects a neighborhood. They are so selfish and self-centered they can’t even imagine that the universe operates free of them. It’s the same mentality as people who threaten teachers or police by saying, “My taxes pay your salary!” Guess what, the policeman’s and the teacher’s taxes pay their own salary as well so how fair is that? Not to go off on a tangent, but I’m just saying this belief that somehow you are not responsible for your community in any way and yet they should be responsible for you is a mind scrambler. We should have the ability to offer people the option of not having their taxes help anyone–they would have to forfeit garbage pickup, fire dept. service, etc. but they should have the option.

I’ve been out of town lately, and have missed most of the party in Wingnuttiland. But I have to say, Bob, your catch in today’s survey of signs is right spot on! Good on ya!! Having said that, all of your efforts still don’t quell the pounding in my head!! Not sure anything short of a six pack of Coors Light (Canadian Coors, that is) will do that! But, it helps!

  • Alex

So where were these people with their “Your hurricane is not my problem” signs?

  • shaddomagg

Also, and such as, why is that baby wondering around without supervision?? Isn’t that something us Libruls would do??? Leaving a baby unattended cause we have no family values and only had the baby to get more welfare in the first place, and such as, and *wink* abstinence education and stuff…

  • Alex

Don’t forget all the drugs we’re doing and trees we’re hugging.

  • shaddomagg

Very good, Alex. And right spot on!!

The new neighborhood that was recently (last 4 years) built is almost entirely empty and/or foreclosed. The value of the entire neighborhood has gone down the shitter. People have been breaking into the empty homes out there and stealing the copper pipes.Yes, that IS everyone’s problem.

A new neighborhood that was recently built near my uncle’s home is almost entirely empty or being foreclosed. They were all overly-expensive homes to begin with (300-500k range), and now the whole neighborhood is worthless. People have been breaking into them and stealing the copper pipes and wiring.I’d say thats everyone’s problem.
