    I love it :D . I just read Malkin’s blog, who said that there was “audio problems” tonight with Jindal’s speech. Perhaps the absence of the music is what she meant.

    That was PERFECT. Except that now, when I get a chance to watch the whole thing, that theme’s going to be playing through my head the whole time.Although I do feel bad that Jindal will now be tangentially connected to Mr. Rogers in my mind. The man who taught me how to share and think sandboxes are awesome should not be so insulted.

    Okay, I really tried to be open and give a listen…and Jindal lost me from the enTRANCE….as he crept out like a bad vampire from a dark shadow…eyes scary, voice weeeak…..I don’t even know what he said, because I could not help but cringe and run…for a crucifix….and a stake.

    So, when Jindal was four he was a Brady Bunch fan and so he lifted the nickname from Bobby Brady. Ok, you’re allowed to do that when you’re four, but this has stuck with him, and he’s cool with that. The consensus is that Bobby was flat, uninspiring, pedantic, amateurish and kinda goofy. I suspect though that Limbaugh will big up him, because he’s already deep in the tank for this clown.

    When Jindal started speaking last night in a cadence more appropriate to a kindergarten teacher, I turned to my husband and said, “Who is he, Mr. Rogers?” – so to see this today is gratifying!

    That speech would have made an awesome SNL skit. Does he really talk like that all the time? I thought it was hilarious until I realized this was the Repub response. WTF where they thinking??? This is the best they could do?
