    @TruthSerumI’m sure you don’t realize (being so new to the site and all) that “spazzy white guys” refer to the “spazzy white guys in lower manhattan”. Lower manhattan and wall street is not a beacon of scientific innovation.

It would seem Stewart’s meager assessment properly exposes the channel’s content as propaganda designed to fluff the pseudo-intellectuals that supposedly “make the world tick.”What you do after applying for a gig at CNBC is turn on your own computer, flick on your own lights, or make a round trip to wherever-the-fuck you fly to for appointments to kiss ass (‘cuz it’s obvious from your writings that that’s what you do for a living, or at least you wish to), compose yet another corporatist-defending rant before coming to the realization that you’re part of the damned problem, you complacent twit.The “spazzy white guys” are being exposed for the frauds they always were, and they don’t like it one bit. Most have always been aware that these people were winging it, but the plunging economy and their current pleas for attention (ratings!) and absolution at the president’s expense has made it all the more apparent, so you can continue fluffing them up here before critical thinkers, ok.     Hey Truth,I know you think SWM’s are all Clark Kent-y superhero’s but here’s a fact for you:Lewis Latimer (1848-1928)invented the carbon filament-an important part of the light bulb. He’s a black dude that worked in the labs of Thomas Edison and Alexander Graham Bell: The spazzy smarty whitey’s that took ALL the fuckin’ credit.I could school you on your jets, computers, and antibiotics as well but something tells me it would be a waste.Besides I hate bubble bustin’.     I can’t stand the know-it-all attitude of many of the CNBC hosts. Many of them aren’t living in reality. However, it is important to stress that not every individual on Wall Street caused the current economic crisis. It would have been in the best interest of most individuals working there to prevent all of it from happening.But let’s just continue to stigmatize everyone who works there as being in lockstep with evil.Also, what does being white have to do with anything? I thought most liberals believed in treating people as individuals, not prejudging intentions based on such categories like skin color, profession, or social class. I guess it’s just easier to dehumanize entire groups, get the mob riled up, and demonize people with sweeping generalities. (examples include “Spazzy White Guy Network”, “Evil Conservatives”, “Wall Street Criminals”, etc)I do agree that some of these hosts on TV have been spazzy lately in their deliveries, and that HAS been annoying.
