Fantasies of a Wingnut

The Pajamas Media website is always good for some terrifically self-satirical wingnuttery.

This wingnut wrote a blog entry in which he accuses President Obama of:

1) Having a radical agenda.

2) Spending hundreds of billions of dollars on things we can’t afford.

And don’t freak out:

3) Incompetence.

They’re seriously one schizoid embolism away from accusing President Obama of vacationing too much and blurting out silly gaffes.

Bob, half the fun of reading this blog is seeing what you link to. I spit my tea out when I saw where the Incompetence link went. A whole Wiki entry on Criticism of Hurricane Katrina? Awesome.

They already went after him for the silly gaffes, Bob. Don’t you remember?

BC — Oh of course I remember. The joke was to predict what would happen next, but when you click the links accompanying the predictions you would discover they already happened. Sort of like saying, “Whoops! Silly me! They’ve already dished out those bits of crazy!”

Bob, I cannot say this often or loudly enough: point by point, the Bush administration considered, justified, and took actions the paranoid wingnuts of yesteryear accused Clinton of planning. It’s as if John Yoo had been listening to Art Bell and Alex Jones during the 90′s, thinking: “That’s a good idea. When I get to Washington, I’m going to do that.”Their failures of imagination are matched by their lack of imagination. They’re trying to paint Obama as George Bush because it’s the only template they have.
