‘Pardon Me?’

One of the Republican big cheeses on the budget, Congressman Paul Ryan, in an interview with a Bloomberg reporter:

HUNT: But the Obama budget deficit is $1.4 trillion. How, roughly, how large will yours be?

RYAN: Their budget deficit is $1.8 trillion. […]

HUNT: Gimme an idea of how large yours will be?

RYAN: A lot. Let’s put it that way.

HUNT: Pardon me?

The Republican budget will increase the budget deficit by “a lot” according to the ranking Republican on the House Budget and Oversight Committee.

    Why is this writer continuing to justify everything Nobama does with Bush’s record? Obama is our country’s worst nightmare. He is heading our country down the road of many third world countries. Castro and Chavez have nothing on Obama. He is trying to take over private industry and the capitalist way of life. STOP the bailouts, and STOP taxing and spending. Obama is a nut with advisors even nuttier. I am a democrat saying this.

    Ryan is the one who came up with the budget and a day before its release he doesn’t know what it does? I really think they love being in the minority. Its like they aren’t even trying anymore.

    I got $5 in my pocket that sez the Republican “Bugdet” will increase the deficit to $1.79 trillion, but they will crow that it’s still less than that nut Obama’s with his even nuttier than him advisers.” Wait, I mean advisors.I am a democrat saying this and wondering why is it the trolls can never ever ever ever fucking spell?

If President Obama were taxing and spending the deficit would not be increasing.President Obama is doing what the Fascists have done for the past eight years, he is borrowing and spending. The difference is his spending benefits americans besides Halliburton and KBR.Republicans have zero credibility on the economy.

    When will left wing nuts learn to read? Where does it say that it will increase the budget deficit? He just says their budget will be a “lot”, nothing about a lot more.
