    Even in the face of rational thought, and pointing to the fact that the initial bailouts and employment nosedive happened under the previous administration, the man gets booed when blaming the Bush admin. And people still claim this is a non-partisan issue? Yeah, right.

My last duty station was there and I can tell you that place is crawling with the rabid jeezuz freaks and bigots that have been solidly duped into believing that the republican party is actually helping them in their miserable existence.

    Oh yeah, Scarborough was their rep before he quit (leaving them with a huge tax bill for a special election).

    That was almost perfect. I love how they were like “Taxes! Boooo. Tax cuts for us by the Obama Administration? Yay!!-heeeeeywaitaminute?!? You could actually see the vapor-lock. People were looking around in a near panic. Cheer? Boo? Flee? Facts are SCARY! (hides under poorly made protest sign)

    I teach at a large, urban school. The kids are constantly fighting, calling each other names, and many could care less about an education, although, we do have some really excellent students. I believe that the new religion of America is rhetoric, and I am really getting sick of it.

    You gotta love this guy, he managed to speak the truth to people who only believe in their own personal ideology. Unfortunately it’s like talking to my three year old that I’ve just taken the candy from. She doesn’t understand it will ruin her teeth and potentially cause diabetes 20 years later. She simply wants the immediate gratification of her sugar high.Amazing how when grown-ups speak, spoiled brats always ignore want to ignore the facts.

    holy crap bob, i got here via huffpo and it’s been riotous — this video clip takes the cake though, dude spanked that crowd something proper. these tea parties bring to mind that picture of the dude with the mullet and the american flagdana and the sign that reads “GET A BRAIN MORANS.” also, i stole your “brownest thing on this block” photo. that is too true. the only black person i’ve seen in any of the tea party spreads was in fresno, holding up a sign reading “BLACK PEOPLE AGAINST OBAMA”

    Go over to Huffpost and you’ll see hundreds of teabaggers in the comments section all insisting that this was a non-partisan rally, it was a rally against wasteful government spending and taxes.I just have two questions for them:1) So, you think wasting your money buying millions of teabags that you’re going to throw away is a protest against wasteful spending?2) So, where were the teabagger parties protesting all the wasteful spending during the Bush administration?

BULL SHIT. This was a perfect illustration of the fact that this was a repugnantan protest. When the correct place for the blame was pointed out, everyone booed.
