Mr. Short Term Memory

Hannity:

“This is amazing. But they — if you have a pro-life bumper sticker on your car, if you have an ‘America is overtaxed’ bumper sticker, if you have a pro-Second Amendment bumper sticker, they’re viewing you potentially as a radical. [...] The Homeland Security Department is probably checking the license plates of everybody here.”

I don’t think anyone begged for post-9/11 overlord surveillance and protection from the evildoers more than Sean Hannity. And even in the face of overwhelming evidence that DHS isn’t targeting him, he continues to insist that they are.

Hannity says NOTHING he isn’t told to say (Rove to Ailes to Hannity in this case). As is their wont, the Republicans project that which fear most (are you listening, toe-tappers?). I think this tantrum over the new DFH surveillance state is having the pot call the kettle black when the evidence of THEIR wiretapping is revealed.”See, they all do it. The Democrats are just as corrupt as us, so what’s the big deal?”

Bob,That’s because they have to play the victim to get the attention they need to keep their party half-relevant. They’re alomst dead.I saw a statistic the other day that placed Independents above Republicans in terms of percentage of voters. I’ve been trying to verify it ever since. If it’s true, there is your reason for why there are acting the way they are.

More independents than Republicans? That’s a happy statistic, as it might reflect the rejection of this nonsense. I would love to see verification. In PA, primaries are closed. I don’t know how many other states are like that, but I’m sure that affects party affiliation.

What a self-important fuck that Hannity is. I thought that “you have nothing to worry about if you have nothing to hide”. What happened to that analogy??I’m sorry, but they pushed hard for this type of DHS surveillance. Whether he is or isn’t being watched, I’m fucking glad he thinks he is. Scarborough too.

Everything they complain about or fear is right out of their dirty tricks playbook. And it’s easy for them to play the whiny victim.Curious, we haven’t heard much from Ann Coulter these past couple of weeks…

“The Homeland Security Department is probably checking the license plates of everybody here.”Say – I thought Faux News was “fair and balanced”…did Hannity just admit that “everyone” there is a right winger?!?!?

I almost crapped myself last night when I saw the hannity clip on “The Daily Show” where he was talking about the protesters being sore losers – then I noticed it was after bush was appointed. Too bad no one in the “real” news world has the guts to expose the duplicity of fox.

Well, nothing could make me happier that thinking the government was after Shawn. After all the nasty horrible remarks he’s made about anyone that does not agree with him, he’s getting a taste of his own medicine.I think America should go one step further. You know those “internment camps” that Malicious Malkin loves so much? Maybe they should be built for all those Right winged extremists. Lets she how she likes them now!!!All kidding aside. How the republican party has fallen. They now have to make up issues to feel important and have something new to complain about. Do they really really believe that they themselves are terrorists? It will be a long 4 years(hopefully 8) of listening to theses republicans complain and lie and lie and complain.
