    that’s a funny article, but i don’t see the big deal with what biden said. i get the heebies in confined spaces even outside of the cold and flu season. =)

    Borowitz’s article on Joe was brilliant! I love Joe Biden he is like the crazy Uncle that just makes off hand comments. Whenever Joe is in the news it is almost always good for a smile. And why is that even a big deal with the mad max rage-o-holics? So the Obama administration is not straight laced and stone faced. It shows they are real people and can have fun in their jobs. Further, Joe is the perfect ying to Pres. O’s yang !! Obama is a breath of fresh air compared to the team of Da-Ba-Yah and Dr.Evil.Go team Bama !!!

    Andy Borowitz’s columns usually range from "prettyfunny" to "gaddamn hysterical". I put this one upat the high end.

    By the way, does anyone know why Huffington doesn’t allowcomments on Andy’s columns? Not that there is usually a whole lotto say, other than "That was goddamn hysterical!" butstill, I wonder.

    Drummer -One could argue that HuffPo does not allow comments on any article.My observation is that they hired the Hitler Youth as moderators.

    I read that yesterday, loved it. Also check out today’s John Kass column in the Chicago Tribune. He’s a conservative, but today’s column, also on Biden, is really funny.

    What Biden said is what most folks with some sense would have on their minds if it weren’t apparent that the media was fueling the “swine flu” hysteria more than anyone in government.

    That’s funny!One of the beautiful things about Obama though is his way of handling his own gaffes and those of others around him.Remember his words, “rhetorical flourishes”!Yet, he trusts Biden to help build a short list to replace Souter!

    What Lexa said! The media loves to create these “panics” conveniently forgetting (or burying on page 23a) that many more people die of the “standard” flu each year!Eeek! Panic!!     When I got out of the shower today I had the radio on and they were making fun of what Biden said on there and I couldn’t help my roll my eyes.Imagine some dumbass with a redneck accent in total delight that he found something he can make fun of Biden for.
