(In high school, I preferred the heavier British metal groups, and not so much the hair bands, but this song is pretty damn great.)

    Oh you just earned so many music points with me. Hair bands for the most part sucked, but Tesla was always — no pun intended — head and shoulders above the rest. And this is a great song.

    I didn’ consider Tesla a hair band, per se… more of an early heavy grunge that had to grow their hair to compete. Always in jeans and shirts and no obvious overbearing spandex.
