Oh, Dennis Miller.

I’ve never been a fan of that pretentious, fatuous douche bag Dennis Miller. I never thought he was funny, and I think even less of him now since he became a Republican’t, which, ironically, is the funniest thing he’s ever done.

If Miller didn’t laugh at his own jokes, I’d have no clue which arrangement of words was meant to be humor………..

As time goes by it becomes harder and harder to remind myself that once upon a time Dennis Miller was funny. He’ become so not funny that I completely avoid him and when I run across him accidentally I immediately remember why I avoid him.It’s really a shame. He used to have such excellent rants.

That was bad enough, but reading the comments there led me to this nightmarish discovery which I’d never heard of before:The 1/2 Hour News Hour

I think I know what the problem is. When Miller was on SNL, he had other people writing his material for him. I think Fox makes him write his own stuff. That’s why he’s so unfunny now.

Used to watch Miller back in the day on HBO when he had a standup show, but then he got political and declared his republicanism and became an asshat.

And he had a prop!Which of course means he planned this.Yessiree Bob, he made his little prop, probably practiced it in front of a mirror, and thought to himself, ‘People are gonna crap themselves this is so funny!’And then he did it twice, so he could wring every single chuckle out of it.Sometimes ‘Pathetic’ just isn’t big enough of a word.

That is the third saddest thing I’ve ever seen.Wow.

He can’t just go tossing out bigoted references that go over the target audiences head, so he had to pull out the prop to sell the lame joke to the rubes. Aw, you guys are just sore because you don’t “get” Miller’s jokes. They are oh so funny, like when people get incurable diseases, or children are injured in horrific accidents…

people like to say “the only reason you dont like miller anymore is because he’s now making jokes at the expense of democrats”…not true.the problem is,his utterly shameless disingenuousnes.making cracks about pelosi or vp biden is perfectly acceptable,and lets face it,theyre both profoundly mockable.however,there is a mile high pile of thoroughly buffoonish wingnuts ripe for the picking,whom he will never make a peep about because he’s a greasy,predictable pussy who’s afraid of losing his gig on the oreilly jerkoff hour.also…i know that oreilly’s hypocrisy has already been etched in stone,but isnt it funny how everyone who ever pointed out the fact that sarah palin is a walking punchline has been the subject of an oreilly “expose”,yet he has no problem sitting there chuckling and trying to show miller how smart and clever he is as well when the jokes on nancy pelosi or sonia sotomayor.
