Good, relatively short article on single payer health insurance system – made the point I’ve been trying to make…This could be paid for, by the government (the single payer), with an employment tax that would cost most businesses significantly less than they now pay to health insurance companies. In fact, this shift would take an enormous burden off American businesses that businesses abroad do not carry. Pelosi agrees that she was briefed on Enhanced Interrogation techniques but also says that she was never informed that they were being used.Sound like BushCo pulled a “Hey we want to show you some stuff we are thinking about using.” Then wait a few years “Yeah, we briefed them on what we were doing.”They lied about yellowcake and any number of other lies they’ve been caught at. I’m inclined to believe Pelosi rather than some unnamed BushCo source.

Git – You may be right, but the way her and Reid constantly said Yes to everything Bush wanted leaves me skeptical of her honesty.I really always wondered what kind of dirt Cheney and Rove were using as leverage over congress though. anyone still here? I just wanted to thank everyone who added to my list for my nephew on the 80′ song list. I trimmed it down to under 125, which was very hard.And you all added some of the best that I had forgotten, so thank you.
