Ezra Klein observes the following about the Republican Kid Future healthcare proposal:

Like the McCain health reforms, it erases the employer tax exclusion. That means the health benefits your employer purchases for you will get taxed. And that means your employer is likelier to drop your coverage.

Smart! Taxing small businesses. Shouldn’t there be crazy people in 1773 drag mailing tea bags to the congressional Republicans now?

    This will cause a much larger impact on small business than gay marriage.Republitards® have no consistency whatsoever. Do they really think we don’t notice that they are completely wacked? WTF?

    Inconsistent?As a small business owner, I know who taxes me more. It isn’t Republicans. It’s liberals.I would think you guys would be all for putting more taxes on small business, since that seems to be your pattern. Talk about inconsistent.The Republicans may be retarded, but when it comes to hamstringing small businesses, no one is more retarded than a liberal.
