You know what cable news needs? More wacky, upbeat promos for shows about torture.

    I find American Idol fucking torturous beyond belief.If you’re referring to ’24′, which I also don’t watch, I think it’s a desensitization process. That show makes justifications that have obviously resonated in some circles of popular culture. They now see it as ‘OK’, even preferred, as a means to a storybook ending.Someone noted on here the other day: Torture is always wrong.
