Baucus & The Wolves

by Lee Stranahan

My newest video is another drive-by in the woods on Max Baucus. Here’s the background from CQ Politics…

Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus of Montana plans to take a break from the grind of crafting a health care overhaul to serve as a Democratic rainmaker with a few of his friends along the Madison, Gallatin and Yellowstone rivers in the Treasure State this weekend.

Lobbyists and political supporters will get their chance to cast fishing lines and drive golf balls with the Senate’s top tax writer at his Fly-Fishing & Golfing in Big Sky event. The cost is $2,500 per person, $5,000 for a political action committee.

And here’s the video….

More after the jump….

I can’t tell everyone here enough how much their encouragement means to me. Whether you’ve been able to chip financially or not, your kind words and especially your passing around the videos means a lot to me….I’m posting them everywhere I can and trying to get some press coverage. Anything at all you can do to help spread is really appreaciated.

Lee, I was happy to chip in yesterday. I only wish it could have been more, but I’m glad to see you reached your goal. I’m so disgusted with the Democrats right now, and I’m thrilled to see them being attacked like this. It would be different, though no less disgusting, if this issue was dividing the public equally. It would be different if it was even dividing people along party lines. To see Americans so wholeheartedly behind something and to see the politicians so blatantly put money ahead of 3/4 of the American people is beyond disappointing. Keep hitting them, man, the harder the better.
