Joe appeared on MSNBC outside of his show to discuss the news that Cheney personally briefed members of Congress on torture techniques that were being used by the administration.

Strangely enough, he admitted that torture wasn’t used after 2004. Really, Joe? Then how were we “kept safe” all those years without it?
