Ignore, Ignore, Ignore

Nobody likes the Republicans.

CBS/NY Times 28 favorable
NBC/WSJ 25 favorable
Pew 29 congressional GOP leader approval
Research 2000 24 GOP favorable
ABC/WaPo poll 36 approval

While the Republicans suck, how awful are the congressional Democrats for fearing these losers? The same can be said about cable news. MSNBC has become the Chuck Grassley show.

Yes, I too am sick of Grassley sucking on the teet of the American people’s tv sets. Go away you crazy old cooter! If the Republicans spent less time on tv and more time working on the nations problems, maybe we could actually get some things done. I’m so sick of these stupid, country ass, ignorant bozo’s on tv. Who the hell keeps electing these idiots anyway? How stupid are the people in his and Michelle Bachmann’s districts to keep sending these morons to Washington? Wake up America! Your leaders arent qualified to purchase chewing gum let alone represent a state. GO AWAY CHUCKY!

He sounds like he should be sitting around a campfire, smokin a corn cob pipe, while whitteling. He sounds like he’s straight out of Hew Haw central casting. Yes, it’s Country Bob’s Cracker Barrel! What a stupid prick!

In regards to the cable prattle programs, they are not frightened by the Republicons; they are influenced by them. The Sanford saga is a bunch of hooey dreamt up to distract from the health care debate, nothing more. Why should I care that a governor takes a trip to Argentina to clear his already empty head? I heard all the excuses as to why I should give a damn, including his supposed 2012 aspirations, and the fact that he was neglecting his wife and children. I observed the blank expression on the face of Sanford’s Lt. Governor on Rachel last night. I read about the Appalachian trail lie. I still cannot compel myself to give a damn about this milksop Republicon governor’s drama. He could stay in Argentina, which would lead to a smorgasbord of cable chatter and gossip-mongering, and I’d still wouldn’t give a damn what this Republicon is involved in.I witnessed the hostile press corps getting bitch-slap rhetorically yesterday by our president. I witnessed he-who-is-known-as-Tweety and two stooges cleaning up the mess the WHPC made. I was laughing and having a ball watching the rerun on C-Span early this morning. It was hysterical watching how carefree our president was in dealing with the wanna-be preening self-adulators at that press gathering, which, at this point, is rendered a cesspool.I’ve never trusted Democratic politicians. They have always had a few stand-outs, but the party as a whole is much too craven, much too timid, much too…choke-prone to actually govern in a truly efficient manner. With the full thrust of a majority of Americans behind them, they will always look after us after we smash upside their stifled backsides as they themselves cower before the supposed might of Republicon doofuses. This feeling of scattershot domestic diplomacy will be the Dems’ undoing if they don’t get their shit straight. This site is right in calling the sellouts.I’m still trusting the man I voted for on November 4, 2008, it’s just the party he is attached to that I don’t fully trust. I mean, I did observe that primary last year. You don’t just forget shit like that. Half of these buzzards were competing with the Republicons to see who could promote the most nonsensical political smear against the first viable black presidential candidate in our collective lifetimes. No, I’m not going to forget that shit. The Dems do not have my loyalty the way Obama does. It’s just that I’d rather see a party of pathetically self-conscious chickenshits in charge than a party of assured, pigheaded, bratty, self(and everything else)-destructive dumbasses. That is what keeps me supporting the Democratic party, despite its collective foibles.I feel I need to do more to convey my disillusionment with this whole process to the party. Something to tell them that I’ve got their backs. I feel that the party knows how fickle critical thinkers can be, and how robotic the opposition has always been. The Republicons, generally, do not observe their own fuck-ups, and will put up ramparts to stand up to reality in order to get back into power. Bush will be a distant memory by this time next year, despite two terms. And President Obama will be the cause of everything going wrong in American lives, both real and within the confines of a con-servative numbskull. The next 8 years is going to be the pits for people that respect relevant discourse and common sense. I’ve already taken a couple of steps to alleviate the stress of dealing day to day with being surrounded, metaphorically-speaking, by an army of corporatist scumbags, sycophants, and sellouts bent on scamming me to death. In my professional life, I’ve encountered all types of personalities, bot big and small, good and evil, by my own studious assessments. No personality puzzles me more than the blistering nitwitticism of the so-called “chattering class” or what passes for the “Fourth Estate” at this point. These are some of the most clueless fucking people I’ve ever laid my eyes on. I suppose the so-called “talking heads,” the “main stream media,” the “journos” always had their share of out-of-touch, pseudo-intellectual, pseudo-elitist hacks, but we’ve hit the motherlode with this latest batch of muttonheads they’ve got on the airwaves and the print pages now. Good lord, they’re going to ruin the whole damned medium in the exact same manner the new school scraubs ruin the American banking system. Their avarice knows no bounds, and they’re being encouraged by a bunch of nimcompoop old timers that are way past their prime.Ignore the media. Support the efforts of the webgeek journos for now, while you still can. Cut the cable chatter OFF.Enough ranting.Good day, people.
