I applaud Sanchez and CNN for calling O’Reilly out on his lying, but will it really do any good? I mean, the people who watch O’Reilly aren’t going to be watching CNN anyway, and the people who watch CNN probably have enough sense not to believe much of anything O’Reilly says to begin with. Sanchez needs to go on the O’Reilly Spin Zone Show and or have O’Reilly come on his show. It still might not do any good but at least you have a chance at cross-pollinating the audiences.

As this story goes national, as well it should, we’ve got an elaborate web of intrigue developing in the form of an abortion doctor’s assassination is swept under the rug. This man who shot the late Dr. Tiller had connections to individuals that O’Lielly exalted on his program. How very convenient.It is all very similar to the story of the young man that shot three police officers to death out of fear that his guns would be taken away. This boy posted videos of Glenn Speck’s program on the Web in order to promote his ideology. In that case, they’d found the story of an Asian man that shoot up a nursing home to be more important. Both were tragedies that were worthy of reflection, yet I noticed that a week after both incidents took place, it was the story of the Asian that garnered more analysis.These are strange times we are living in, where the media is complicit in elaborate cover-ups.Anyway, I can give credit where credit is due. I agree it needs to be done, however as the mother of a rabid Fox viewer I can tell you it does no good to point it out to them that they lie and distort facts, even with the video to back you up.It is just the liberal media distorting the facts and editing the video to make it look like he lied. That’s the answer I get.Just like Hannity and his lie about Pres. Obama saying the US was a Muslim country, I tried to point out that was a lie, and what the President really said, showed her the actual quote, the real video and she still said Hannity was telling the truth and the other video was a lie.So, sometimes it is just beating a dead horse… I have been doing it for the last 8 years since Bush was elected the first time and 9-11 and trust me I have fought with my daughter over that many many times.

People get a mindset and do not want to be wrong…. especially where parents are concerned.I have a daughter with the same attitude toward the shittiest channel that ever hit the TV.
