I caught this gigantic hunk of bullshit on television today. Try not to swallow your tongue when they get to the “observe the basic rules of civility” part:

Fox News and Fox Nation, with their one black guy, are all about tolerance and a “diverse society.” They would NEVER repeatedly publish photos of guns pointed at the heads of black officials. Not diverse or tolerant! And, by the way, Geraldine Ferraro is all about diversity.

I also love that they mention “mutual respect”, “great responsibility”, “ingenuity”, “legal” and “work ethic” in a montage showcasing a rogue’s gallery of famously scandal-plagued wingnuts: Karl Rove, Newt Gingrich, Oliver North and Bill O’Reilly.

Using Ferraro for that specific line after she said that the only reason then Senator Obama had gotten to where he was, was because he’s black.Mike Huckabee: “…while observing the basic rules of civility…” and assuming that all Hispanic women are named Maria.And shame on Alan Colmes for his contribution: “The Fox Nation is for those committed to the core principles of tolerance…” except of course for those who use a ‘terrorist fist jab.’
