Apollo 11 Tracker

If you’re a fellow NASA geek, this is pretty cool. Thursday is the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 launch and the John F. Kennedy Library has set up a website where you can follow the entire mission in real time — like it’s 1969 all over again — here.

Adding… If you’re a moon landing conspiracy theorist, you can follow the faking of the Apollo 11 moon mission here.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Bob! Must share with my family. One of my earliest memories: sprawled on the floor of a cabin by Lake Tahoe, watching Neil Armstrong take that first step.I’m hoping to visit Wapakoneta, Ohio this weekend, just ahead of the anniversary of this legendary mission. Gee, do I qualify as a space-geek?I think I owe you a contribution. :)
