Crazy Quote of the Week

“The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s “death panel” so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their “level of productivity in society,” whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.”
—Sarah Palin on her Facebook page

There is no off position on Sarah Palin’s crazy switch, is there? Good effing gravy — she’s actually suggesting that President Obama and his “death panel” is going to try to kill Trig.

Adding… For someone who wants to leave her family out of politics, she certainly loves to inject that kid into the debate every chance she gets.

There’s that word again. Evil.We are days, if not hours, away from the leak of a strategy memo that says “Start calling it ‘evil’.”The use of the word “evil” is very deliberate. Evil must be destroyed. You aren’t supposed to negotiate, reason with or, heaven forfend, appease evil. And she’s been recruited to say all that. Otherwise, she really wouldn’t give a shit.

Sarah Palin is the special brand of idiot that only evangelical-based politics can produce. “Obama’s Death Panel will kill my mentally handicapped child.” WOW.How fucking far is Jesus’ dick in your ear, lady? Seriously. It’s time we addressed this.

Let’s remember something about Trig: he’s covered by his father’s insurance through his work.I would really, really, really, really, really pay lots and lots and lots of money to be a fly on the wall while Sarah tries to find an individual policy to cover baby Trig.It would make my millennium.

You know this is just another chapter in the ongoing “pallin’ around with terrorists”, “birther” BS that really is fanning the flames of outrage among the total effing crazies, and yet you can bet your ass that if or when some wacko tries to assassinate our President that Palin and her ilk will pull an Urkel; “did I do that”?It’s also why we should say, “fuck bipartisanship”. PERIOD!

Bob, Publius says what I just said in greater detail Here.

Great work, Matt. :) And if she truly cared so much for our most precious citizens, she would be strongly supporting a public option so that families with special needs children could be guaranteed affordable coverage. But she’s not because she’s a complete idiot.

Just a guess: All of these mega-psychos are religious freaks like Palin.Oh how I wish the rapture would occur tomorrow. Can you imagine the party that will happen when all of these assholes are gone?

  • http://nanotyrnns.blogspot.com Nanotyrannus

Just this once Hielo: Huzzah for that party!Something that just occurred to me:Does it seem like the real fear from these people is that they think the smart people have come to exterminate the idiots, and deep down they know they’re uneducated and are scared to death? I mean listen to them. They’re often not very bright and seem to shake with rage at the idea that smart people, smart black people no less, with their fancy lawyer language, and their fancy degrees, are passing laws telling them what to do.

  • Hielo

NanoThey are uneducated and they are scared. A smart black man! President of the United States!! Oh God! Oh shit!Everything they have been taught is at issue here. They are very ripe for some serious brainwashing. Oh yeah. That’s happening.

Un-freakin’-believable. I just posted that quote from Palin on my blog, seriously doubting my own sanity after reading it. Obama death panels?? Where are these people coming from? WTF?

  • roxsteady

What a fucking idiot this woman is. I’m sick of her throwing her down syndrome baby in our faces! Enough with exploiting your children to score political points you ignorant bitch. Why don’t you stay home and preach absitence to your the rest of your daughters. It’s worked out well so far! Stupid Bitch!

  • http://tarackian.deviantart.com J M Ashby

    Death panel??What the fucking christ

  • JL

Most of what is so, so wrong about this statement has been pointed out.But what I find the most galling is the ignorance of the FACT that parents of Downs Syndrome babies face the gauntlet of their health insurers every day. They fight for care for their children (for care of the Downs Syndrome and other health issues) and they face the terror of having to find insurance on the open market with a “liability” in their family.Palin’s dangerous and counterproductive stupidity is what is truly evil.

  • likala

Well in her demented mind she probably thinks crazazy talk against President Obama will do more good for her political future than, oh lets see, maybe a little fancy pageant walking or crazy eyed flute playing. But seriously, maybe she should have thought of Trig when she was vetoing programs that help special needs children in AK.

DEAR MRS. PALIN:We regret to inform you that your application for an individual health insurance policy for:TRIG PALINis hereby:DENIEDdue to a pre-existing condition.”We regret the necessity.”

  • Alan Koenig

Palin’s ability to lower the argument astounds.

  • Terri

Have you noticed that now…PALINBUSHCHENEY..no longer hold office, but they make these outrageous statements and then it’s all over the news! They are like in the shadows with no real power or authority — then post something or say something and it’s regarded like SO SIGNIFICANT!Not holding office has NOT diminished her message or impact. The media has to stop handing on to the words of these HAS BEENS!

It seems to me that Scary Sarah tried HER damnedest to kill baby Trigg all by herself. I mean really, if the story about her water breaking in Texas is true, and all the rest of it, Scary Sarah was hoping the kid wouldn’t make it. I know this sounds really mean but, C’mon!
