The federal government letting Katrina drown, pointing guns at women and children at the Superdome, and the mass-misappropriation of relief funds that followed?Holy fucking shit, man. I would only add that these “conservatives” were conspicuously absent when Bush pushed through the tax cuts, the prescription drug nightmare and the billions for the war in Iraq that was supposed to pay for itself with Iraqi oil.
